Logos: We do not create 5 different versions of a logo in order for you to pick one. We do one and organically drive the design process from that initial concept to your desire one.

File Formats: After the logo is finished, we will provide you with seven different file formats: TIF, JPG, GIF, PNG, AI, PDF, PSD Flattened.

Turnaround time: 2 to 5 Business days. Each Revision must be done within 24 Hours after receiving the initial concept. Delays on revisions will have a direct consequence on the Turnaround time of your project. Failing to review the design in the revision time provided, will delay your project further that 5 business days, and you may also fall into the bottom of the queue.

Project Decay: A project will decay and considered abandoned if you failed to review the project within the determine review time. Thirty dollars ($30.00) project reopening fee will apply for those projects falling into decay status.

Offers: All product bundled with a particular product do not means that the design of such product is included on that particular offer.   Example of an Offer:

Customer do not have the rights of the business card design piece. If you wish to reproduce or print the business card elsewhere, you must purchase the design in order to do so (please refer to our Design Services Section for price information). The business card printing rights are limited by The Net Designers. You can always reorder the business card thru us if you wish to continue using the design without any design cost royalties.

Flyers | Promotional Flyers Design : The initial design cost of a flyer is $50.00. This can vary base on the complexity of the design been requested and the content provided or requested (text, images). Flyer Design have a 72 Hours turnaround time, even so this time made vary depending on problems and circumstance beyond our control.

Revisions: We've limit our design revision to a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5, after 5 revisions you will be charge $25.00 per revisions, regardless how simple or complex the revision may be. Some design services may have a pre-set number of revision, please made sure to read carefully the disclaimers on each design service requested.

Conceptualization and Design Brief: You must provide a clear definition of your concept when placing a design services request. Re-conceptualization will not be accepted after the project has been started. Any updates or missing information that you may forgot to provide us during the request must be provided within 48 hours. The new information provided will be considered as a revision, therefore will be deducted from the preset numbers of revisions already set to your project.

Production | Shipping and Delivery  Turnaround time

After the approval of your design allow 4 to 7 business day for printing, cutting, shipping and delivery. The Net Designers, Inc. will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall The Net Designers, Inc. be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

Clients agree not to hold The Net Designers, Inc. liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond The Net Designers, Inc.'s direct control. The Net Designers, Inc. shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.

The Net Designers, Inc. will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.

All shipping is currently done via UPS. When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by UPS. For instance, a product shipped 2nd Day Air and picked up on a Thursday would be delivered by end of day Monday.

Target arrival dates are calculated by adding the printing turnaround time to the shipping transit time. If you are requesting a Hardcopy Proof, we already factor in additional time to reach your target date. For Standard Hardcopy Proof, expect approximately six business days to receive and approve your proof. For Next Day Hardcopy Proof, expect two business days. Both printing and shipping times are based on business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.

For example, a product with a printing turnaround time of two business days and a shipping method of 2nd Day Air would have a target arrival date four business days after your files have been received by us.

The cut off time for accepting files is 6:00 P.M. PST ( 9:00 P.M. EST ). If your files are in by that time, we will commit to printing and shipping your product within the selected timeframe.

Please understand that target arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. While we will do everything in our power to meet your target arrival date, weather and other occurrences beyond our control may impact our ability to meet that date.
